How to request support

If you require technical assistance or have a question about the game, you can contact our Support Team.

You can submit a support request through the in-game settings menu, then tapping "Support" or through this link.

What information should be included in your request?

• Your email address (so that we can respond to you)
• A brief subject line and description of your request
• Select a topic from the drop-down menu
• Your User ID 
• Your device details (OS, model)
• Your game details (Game version number, Game services ID)
• Attach a screenshot if possible so that our team can better understand the request

We respond to all Support Requests. If you do not hear back from us within a couple of days, be sure to check your Spam Folder.
