If you're having issues with the game loading, the first thing you'll want to do is head to the app store to see if there is an update available.
If there isn't or the update does not resolve the loading issue, please try the following:
- Uninstall the Game
- Reinstall
- Clear Cache
- Switch Internet Connections
If the above options don't help, please grab screenshots of where you're stuck on the loading screen, and any further details you may have and send them to our support team at support@rupaulmatch.zendesk.com
You should not lose your game progress by reinstalling the game. To be safe, please grab your ID if possible and attach it to your support ticket. If you don't have it or are unable to obtain it, just let us know!
